Theory Test

Instruction and guidance can be given in the taking of the Theory Test which is computer based. If you do not have access to a computer, practice can be offered in the car during lesson time by means of a lap top computer (use this link to the DSA web site to try your hand at the Theory & Hazard perception test)
Access from this link can also be gained to the Mechanical Awareness questions which were introduced in September 2003. The candidate taking the practical driving test will be required to answer 2 safety check questions relating to their vehicle. Full training will be given on this subject.

Practical Test

The candidate will be taken for the practical test by a Driving Standards Agency Examiner, This usually takes about 40 minutes and will include various manoeuvres, town and rural driving. Result will be given on completion of the test.
